Second step in the journey to sell your home is getting your property seen by as many people possible. We use an active marketing approach to our selling process. This assures that our sellers are getting the most exposure.
Found a buyer prospect now we got to get to the negotiating table to get the best deal so we can get under contract.
So you have received an offer and negotiated and are in escrow, now to get to closing. We aren't over the hard part yet. Navigating the complexity of a real estate transaction takes diligence, attention to fine details and adherence to timelines to make it to closing. We have Inspections, Lender applications, appraisals and deadlines. We are with you the whole process to make sure we get to the finish line.
